The office staff upon arrival to check in is professional and kind. I have never had more than a 10 minute wait. The office is quiet and calm. Dr. Halfon never makes you feel rushed and addresses every concern. He comes into exam room knowing your history. Very thorough. Results are prompt.

I was his patient for over 10 years, in the beginning he was fine but with the years became a money maker, without mentioning the receptionist Jackie.. The most nasty and rude person ever. One day I came with a severe bleeding (I called before and the instruction was to come to leave a sample for lab). I was very weak but regardless I drove the 45 minutes and this woman as soon as I said good afternoon (IN PLAIN ENGLISH) she said "I don't speak SPANISH" and turned her face ignoring me 100%. Barely into the first trimester, he pushed for invasive tests and when asked why, he literally said "It makes me feel like I'm doing something." (even though he admitted nothing could be done if something was actually wrong) When they talk about arrogant doctors, he's a textbook example. Glad we found another OB who respects his patients and delivered our healthy babies.
I started going to Dr. Halfon’s office in 2021 and I am very happy with the care that he and his staff have given me. Dr. Halfon and his staff are the best
From the moment you walk into the office, the staff makes you feel welcome. They are on point! Dr Halfron is quick & to the point (which I love). He listens & addresses any concerns with recognition & compassion. Overall, I always have a great experience with this office
I love Dr Halfon and staff. He is very patient, understanding and caring. Staff is also amazing! Jackie knows my voice when I call in. Very welcoming environment. I have been a patient for at least 10 years if I am not mistaken. Dr Halfon makes sure you understands the risks and benefits as it relates to anything with your health.
