I’m new to succulent collecting and made my first trip yesterday as a birthday treat. I totally underestimated the size of the place and time needed to really look at everything. Great place though I was surprised to see a lot of plants broken, falling out of pots. Guess it’s hard to keep up with everyone touching, looking and placing back. The young woman at the register was very nice but I would’ve like some help in identifying plants as none are labeled, n tips on proper care. Issac. the owner of the place after I took a plant I take it off and fixed k was not for sale ... because he wanted her mother. that is not done

I went on Sunday, and was sorry to see the grumpy faces. Not a smile to be seen. Staff very unhelpful, and rude. We all have bad days, but there is no excuse for their behavior.
