This place is filled with the nicest and most knowable people ever. Dr Basenez is an awesome Dr Who actually listened and cares and the staff are awesome people. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking good care
Office does not follow up promptly- makes follow up appointments with other physicians without sending/ providing the tests results on time!
Terrible office!! Never got to see the Dr..they were running 2 hours late, and couldn’t even tell me if that was going to get in any time soon..The office workers wouldn’t even lift up their heads to talk face to face, just kept looking at computer screen.. The Aventura office had poor air conditioning system and smelled like mildew..the office was crowded with people and not enough chairs, which were like sitting on concrete, (2 hours later)it was like being in a third world country..horrible..
Always received the best care with understanding and compassion. I've been Dr. Bassan's patient for many years and have taken my family with him. I highly recommend him. He's the best.
A very caring gentleman, I highly recommend him. His staff has been very helpful and easy to deal with.
