Awful communication and unreliable to pick up your car. They canceled on me twice. The second time I had called the midday to check on when they were coming and they said they were on their way at that moment. Nobody ever showed up and I was sitting around till 6 PM waiting. They work with peddle, who is equally difficult to communicate with Â

Wrong parts, bad description, then ISA wouldn't extend a return time limit though the only return option was to go to a Walmart Store, which for me during COVID restrictions was not a good idea. I would avoid Walmart on line which is probably the real issue here, but ISA could be more flexible under the circumstances, but that what happens dealing with big corporate stores, SHOP LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS! I tried to save $10 just to eat $75 in product I cant use. Amazon is not always cheaper but returns are easy...Â
