They killed my baby on a simple PROCEDURE putting a chip & spading her! 3yr old pomeranian Yhey hurt me & my husband sowed will NEVER on another pet in CALIFORNIA! My understanding you need to read other reviews we aren't the only FAMILY MEMBERS they have hurt! for LIFE! APOLOGIES & refund not excepted
