We’ve worked with this company for three years now, and our experience has been less than great. They are very prompt at initiating service, however, when something goes wrong, they are not there to support their customer. Unfortunately, there have been two instances where they serviced our system and something went wrong. Mistakes happen, but the lack of support and communication is what makes us not recommend them anymore.

We worked with IS Irrigation Services to install a 36-head irrigation system at our home in North Attleboro on 9/11/2024. Their staff was nice, punctual, and honest throughout the project. They worked hard to finish the entire install in one day and provided a helpful tutorial for using the app associated with our new system. They were a pleasure to work with and offered a fair price. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable irrigation service locally.
