Very happy with my experience starting with David in sales (he gave me a good price and answered my numerous questions), and then with David and Tillman installing my new unit. I did a fair amount of research and chose their American Standard (Trane) unit that was rated 15.5 SEER (qualifies for the FKEC rebate), used the new R-454B refrigerant (better for the ozone), has a quiet variable speed fan (I am a light sleeper), and is reviewed as very reliable.
What a first class operation - from Brianna on the phone to our consult visit with Dave to the two techs who installed our splitter system, Chris and Tillman. The communication from the office was prompt and timely and Chris and Tillman were just as prompt, professional, and kind. I cannot remember when I used those three adjectives to describe customer service!!! We have three splitters in our new park model, and we could not be happier. Wow! So impressed with this company! Briana answered the phone when I called in a cheerful & welcoming manner and was eager to help. The technicians Chad & Gabriel were extremely polite and professional and showed up as promised ON TIME!
