I’ve been here since 9:30 am and still waiting 12:25 this is the longest waiting time .
I went in today for a physical for my job. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I came to the counter they were gossiping and did not help me until they were done. The person that assisted with my urine sample and weighted me was short with me and impatient as well. I even heard them talk about me while I was in the waiting room. They were speaking in Spanish but unbeknownst to them I know a little. They were talking about how fat I was and laughing at me. It took everything for me not to explode...but I did ... read more
This place is terrible! A clinic behind dirty insurance practices. I was treated unfairly and given little regards to my concern or pain. The clinic did not even provide conservative methods of treatment (PT, MRI, ect) I was medicated and sent on my way. I even wrote the doctor a letter indicating my paid and work restrictions were not being upheld by my employer he ignored it just like he ignored all my concerns. On one occassion the doctor did not even take me into an evaluation room or remove my brace to check my progress... read more
Terrible place to treat your work injury. Clinic is very employer and insurance proactive. Treat elsewhere if you want real care.
This place is HORRIBLE. Bad customer service. They have no respect what so ever. Talking about other patients in front of other patients when everythings supposed to be "confidential". Their restroom is unsanitary. "Toilet seat covers upon request" ???? yuck. and not to mention the sink in the bathroom does not work how are we supposed to wash our hands!?. Workers there are unprofessional. It doesnt hurt to smile once in awhile and not talk smack about how you hate your jobs. Its bad enough your customers have to hear it. Ot... read more
