Irwindale Event Center is a cutting-edge facility for motorsports. It features two state-of-the-art oval tracks of 1/2 and 1/3 mile respectively, and a 1/8-mile drag strip. Launched in 1999, this speedway has been the venue for the NASCAR series as well as an array of races, competitions, shows and sports events. The grandstand seats up to 6,500 visitors and with ample parking and eateries on site, it is a great place for family entertainment.

This drag strip has so much racing vw history! I've seen alot of my vw heroes race here! Love this track & facility!

This drag strip is a great asset to southern California. It's a shame that the greed of the city of irwindale will be the demise of another California race track.
