humana eso de humano no tienen nada no sirve. uno no se puede comunicar con ellos . ni entre los departamentos de ellos mismos se pueden comunicar. tienen convenio con entidades privadas que dicen que te cubren los examenes como rx o laboratorios y al final terminas pagando el examen porque tiene que pagar el copago del copago que usted paga con su seguro. en conclucion mejor ahorre su plata mensula para cuando se enferme no le de tan duro la deuda.

I have coverage from this company. I recently went to a doctor *in network.* My copay was $90. I was told that without insurance my appointment would be $96. The receptionist said that the insurance company would pay 3 or 4 dollars IF they paid anything at all. This is not the first time this has happened and I have more than once paid for an appointment without insurance because self pay was cheaper. I pay a very high premium monthly. Really disappointed in how humana handles situations. Ive been going back and forth for about 2 years now trying to fix an issue (caused by them) and it still has not been handled. Everytime I call I get the run around and finger pointing to other companys. They wont just own up to their mistake and fix it .I now have medical bills ruining my credit because of it and have money owed after the birth of my son (even though I paid my deductible and should have been covered 100%).
