Would not go back Would never return!!! Take advantage of woman, insisted I needed service on parts that should have needed. I will travel the extra 15 miles up to the East Brunswick Mazda.
Great Service I've had some less than stellar service experiences at other shops in the past, so I was very impressed that the techs at Irwin were able to verify and fix a pesky dashboard rattle the first time. The service manager called to keep me filled in and answer my questions; it is evident that customer satisfaction is important here. Irwin's service facility is brand new, and I found their rates to be reasonable for a dealership. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Great Dealership I bought my first car from this dealership and the staff was knowledgable and helpful. Even now, when I take my car in for servicing, I feel as if they are really paying attention to me as a customer and what my needs are. In the waiting room, while my car was being serviced, I remember we all started talking about how wonderful the customer care is at this dealership. Really, If you're looking for a Mercury, Lincoln, or Mazda, I highly reccommend this dealership!
Decent Dealership I visited this dealership and test drove a car there. the employees were friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. We were not in the market to buy that day but I would consider buying from thisdealership. They appear to be reputable and seem to take their customer service seriously.
