I recently purchased my CX5 from Irwin Mazda. It really was a smooth experience. Kareem was the one who helped me in this whole process, he is really good in what he is doing. The beauty of Irwin Mazda is they will never push you for any products if you don’t like.
6 1/2 hour day lost because the salesman didn't show up for the appointment HE made with me, shuffled me off to someone else, gave me false information at every turn, and never came through with the car I signed a contract for. Brutal.
My husband and I drove five and half hours to purchase a vehicle here because of the great price and good reviews! We had an AWESOME experience with the staff! They were professional, friendly and very knowledge with all our questions!
