Service department is terrible. Do not store your boat with them.

UPDATE! A couple of weeks ago I had several issues with our boat that needed to be ressolved by "service" and getting it back into the water. I specifically addressed my facebook post to Irwin Marine management. It did get their attention and every issue has been taken care of and our boat is in the water for the summer season! I want to give a big shout-out to the Assistant GM at Irwin who address our issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner! Tim, your the BEST!
We really love Irwin Marine. They care for their customers and run a fantastic business. We are on boat #2 in four years. We hope to have many more. We would love to say Jason W. is the best!!
What do I recommend? EVERYTHING! Best staff, best customer service. Even though we don't have an expensive boat we feel like the most important people there when we come. Love this place!
Rented motor boat for skiing/tubing/fun for 2 weeks. Price was reasonable and the staff was exceptionally nice!! Will definitely rent from Irwin again!!! Thank you all for being a positive part of our family vacation!
I just returned from vacation on Saturday after renting a boat slip in the Alton Bay location. What a great experience I had! Doug graciously greeted me, even though he was with a customer at the time, and helped get the process going. John took over and helped me get my boat in the water in no time. The boat dock location was perfect! We had the same exceptional experience when we went to pull the boat.
