Dr. Irwin and his staff are the best Very caring, professional in treatment He is one doctor I will wait for my appointment with not being upset, as I know he takes the time to really listen to the patient and plan out positive outcome.
Dr. Irwin recently treated me for a broken finger. Although my injury was not major, I believe Dr. Irwin and his staff gave me the same level of care that they would give to someone who was being treated for a major injury. Dr. Irwin was kind, thorough, and trustworthy. I also received excellent after care from him and his physical therapist. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr Irwin is a very caring and compassionate man. His touch is gentle which I think is important if you have a tender joint. Hee recently replaced my left knee joint and 2 months out, I'm very pleased with the results. He does spend a lot of time with each patient, which means you will probably have a long wait in the waiting room. But you know he'll spend all the time YOU need as well. The Office staff is Superior! Your comfort and need comes first!
As many breaks as my son has had he has always done right by us. The office staff is wonderful as well!
Had an exray 4 weeks ago. Never called with results. I followed up. Was told that I would get a call when it was convenient. That was two weeks ago.
Dr Irwin had to cancel an appointment, due to an emergency. He called me personally later to apologize and then saw me the following morning on a day when the office was closed. Can't say enough about his commitment to his patients.
Dr. Irwin is a kind, considerate doctor who listens to you and answers all your questions. I have had a double knee procedure, carpel tunnel, 2 broken ankles all of which have gotten me back on my feet and going again. You do have to wait at times for him in the office, but once you are in his office, you are glad you waited.
