This organization lacks integrity and patient education skills. My husband and I scheduled new patient general cleanings, during which they assessed my husband as needing a deeper clean. So we did the deeper clean and he was just told they might need to have cleanings more frequently. Six months later, I schedule general cleanings for both of us; which go just as you would expect a prophylactic cleaning to go.
