Irwin Cycles is what a bike shop should be ... a friendly and knowledgeable staff with an A plus mechanic. The team at Irwin is not judgemental on your bike like some of the other shops in town. They just want to get you riding without pressure of trying to sell you expensive upgrades or other things you don't really need. Irwin Cycles is definitely a great neighborhood bike shop! I would highly recommend before you buy a part, accessory or a new bike, swing by Irwin and talk to Carl.
What an awesome shop. I came here based on the reviews. We just moved here from NOVA and the guys here have been quite the welcoming crew. Everyone in here has displayed genuine intent to make sure I was satisfied, got the most for my money, and that their work was complete. I know where I will be taking our bikes from now on.
