I would give 5 but I have not been in office to see what that is like. The telehealth experience has been great, the service is quick and easy and they are always listening.
I seriously recommend Rebekka! She is AMAZING! We met her for the first time this week and she lives up to all my expectations! My kid ADORES her and I plan to start therapy with her as well. She has THE coolest office and had so many resources for my kid even during the first visit. I encourage you request her, best choice I could've made.
I really really like my therapist here but the office staff is rough. The young blonde girl used to be really sweet but is clear she is overwhelmed and I saw her bark at my therapist for asking a question. I think she bites off more than she can chew. When she isn't rude she is cackling with the other office worker and you cannot get their attention. Disappointed in the office workers and the boss for letting this be what clients see. Samantha was the first person to acknowledge my pain & traumas. And she made me realize I have been living my whole life in Flight mode. I wasn't with her long because she thought I needed someone with more experience. I have a great deal of respect for someone to be able to say, "I want you as a client, but you need more help than what I can give you." She showed compassion & genuine care. I just had to come make a review, if anyone is looking for an amazing mental health counselor or if your in need of a greif counselor Abby Fisher is absolutely amazing at what she does. My mom and I see her and we both are new to this type of counseling but she has been so wonderful, very caring and understanding, she really really listens to what we have to say and really wants to help us any way she possibly can so if your in need of any kind of mental help Abby is definitely the one to go to.
