Disappointed in the longer than our past experiences with Pharmacy & Lab services. Not sure what has prompted the longer wait times, but I saw many green suits, which meant they were not training in their units. This is a huge time waster. Pls remedy this situation.
Following up on my last review, LTC Meyers Md and Karen Cobertson Np. are very competent and caring professionals. Unfortunately, Meyers will soon retire soon. He will be missed, and I hope Ms. Cobertson remains in her position. They are gifted professionals who are appreciated by the community.
Although some of the staff seems to care, it seems as though management forgets that the individuals with 17 or more years will retire. The senior officers do not care about retired service members and quality healthcare is lacking. In one instance a patient was told to walk in for labs, but the provider did not tell the patient that he needed to follow up. In another instance a nurse failed to follow up with a patient. Went to go get blood drawn and waited an hour and 30 mins just to do one tube of blood this isn’t our first poor experience here at this hospital and they need to take care of this.
Stopped in today to pick up a refill I'd called into the pharmacy. Took a total of 3 minutes from getting my ticket to putting the prescription into my bag. Fast, friendly service!
Overmedicated for ptsd, anxiety, depression, adhd, and sleep disorders. Got stomach ulcers from it, hospital says it's not their issue. Getting kicked out the military for this.
