I have been working with Eileen in physical therapy and she is wonderful! I cannot say enough about her friendliness and professionalism. And I have improved greatly..
DISADVANTAGES: In the PT department, black female receptionist is kind of rude and not so friendly. Not sure what is her name, she never shows her name tag. ADVANTAGES: The front desk lady right at the reception is always friendly and helpful, she knows everything. Cleaning team is doing great job, everything is so perfectly clean and sanitized.
The front staff in Radiology are unbelievably unprofessional, rude, snarky, and disrespectful. They are callous and have no empathy for people facing difficult diagnoses. 0/10 Would not recommend.
