Great place, great space, amazing manager and community.
Misrepresented the price, and they count to square footage of the apartment with the balcony included. Also don't bother with the parking, you pay extra for a secured spot that you might not have when you pull in.

Rent will not start at less than 1300 hundred, not exceeding 1799. W,S,G, is flat fee of 70$. Sequriity Deposit not required or accepted. Very quiet, friendly, and secure. Terrible... The apartments look nothing like the ones advertised. They cheaply made and overpriced. The management just changed, but are pretty unresponsive.
