I made 2 appointments, in 2 different years. I paid cabs from other borrows to attend these appointments, ( because I dont drive) and BOTH times - upon arrival, I was told no appointment was ever made. I called for a manager and am writing this review for the people who have kids and jobs, and busy lives and for the elderly. I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism I experienced during my recent phone call. The nurse BEATRICE D. who answered was dismissive, interrupted me repeatedly, and did not allow me to explain my concerns. Ultimately, she hung up the phone on me, which I found to be both unprofessional and disrespectful. As a patient, I expect to be treated with courtesy and given the opportunity to communicate my needs.
