Stop emailing people on their dead dogs birthday .I havnt been to your vet clinic in years . My dog went to the vet with a broken tooth and had to be put down as he was given the wrong amount of anesthesia. I will never go back to your business thanks to your insensative marketing. .shame on you for this type of business practice . Maybe think about that before emailing old clients. I typically go to Arguello pet hospital but they were unable to see us on short notice. Came here late in the day for urgent care for my dog. She was old and I knew she was near the end but wasn’t fully anticipating that they suggest putting her down right then. They gave us lots of time to be with her with no pressure despite the fact that we were there well past their closing time and all the while everyone was so compassionate and considerate. Dr Silverman followed up and was genuinely concerned for my puppy when we suspected of a broken limb.
We recently took our incredibly anxious cat in for a check-up after noticing blood in her stool, and we were understandably very worried. From the moment we arrived, the staff handled everything with such compassion and professionalism. They took amazing care of our cat and helped ease both her anxiety and ours.
