I brought my cat in for an urgent care visit after he stopped eating for 2 days and we had a wonderful experience with everyone from the very beginning. The receptionists, Nurse Caitlyn (apologies if that is not the correct spelling) and Dr. Jessika Rosewitz were all so kind and helpful while figuring out my cat's issues. I really love our experience at Irving Pet Hospital. I was introduced to the hospital in 2025 after my dog and I were attacked by dog during our morning walk. The staff (Dr. Fong ) was super supportive, helpful, and compassionate with my dog during that visit. He even noticed my dog's arthritis and sent informational pamphlets on options for pain/joint management after that initial appointment. The staff at Irving Pet Hospital were incredibly helpful and compassionate at every step. When I first came in, the receptionist was very calm and nonjudgemental about how upset I was. They led me to a comfortable and private room with my cat right away and shortly after, a staff member came and did a stability check on my cat to make sure he would be okay to wait a short while to see the vet. Dr. Clark is amazing! She is very thoughtful in the care she has provided for our 16 yr old senior dog. I appreciate that she consults with specialists about alternative ways to improve my dog’s quality of life. Irving Pet Hospital is the only place that has provided healthcare for my dog since he was four months old. I trust them implicitly for his care.
