Kind and helpful people who were there when we needed them! They listened and explained things to us clearly.
I needed urgent care yesterday for my dog, and Irving Pet Hospital was incredible. They were able to get us in immediately, and the check-in process upon arrival was simple and efficient. We didn't have to wait long at all before we were seen quickly by the nurse and then by Dr. Fong. He was exceptionally thorough, kind, and provided a clear, effective solution for my dog's issue. It was a truly reassuring experience, and we are so grateful to have them nearby!

I brought my cat in for an urgent care visit after he stopped eating for 2 days and we had a wonderful experience with everyone from the very beginning. The receptionists, Nurse Caitlyn (apologies if that is not the correct spelling) and Dr. Jessika Rosewitz were all so kind and helpful while figuring out my cat's issues. They clearly explained the treatment plan, provided detailed estimates and called/emailed several times after his appointments to check-in and make sure he was doing okay with his medicines.
