Dr. Clark had an unwelcoming bedside manner. I scheduled a simple vaccine appointment, and this was clearly communicated both at booking and upon her entering the room. Despite this, she proceeded with a full routine exam without confirming my consent. Been going to Irving pet hospital for all 12 years of my pups lives. Dr. Fong is fabulous. He clearly loves his work, is above excellent in his clinical acumen . The support staff has been consistently kind/attentive and professional. I highly recommend IPH.
Irving Pet Hospital is great. Dr. Silverman is the best ever. My dog Felix needed surgery and they did a great job. And great communication. I'm so happy I found them.
