The staff is very accommodating. Very nice and clean. I took swimming lessons at this very location about 50 years ago. My grand babies learned so much in just a few days. Signed up for a second private lesson for both.

The staff make this place. Lynn knows every name of every Active Older Adult. Tanya gives her love and wisdom to teens all year long. Gabe supports everyone on their health journey. Brandon leads kids and special needs folks sports programs. And Executive Jessie gives an air of support, excitement and fun to members and the community. It’s a great place filled with love for all.
Today I was so proud of myself. I am a 55 year " young" middle age woman and I took Gabe's HIIT class (high intensity interval class) and survived. I have been going to the Irving YMCA for the passed 5 yrs. Every single instructor's goal is to make us be the best that we can be and to make us strong and healthy, and for that I am so thankful. Shout out to Lynn, Eva, Svetlana, Tiffany, Shirley, Gabe, and Kathryn. Come to the Irving Y and let these fabulous people help you be S.T.R.O.N.G. Now, where did I leave my bengay? haha... read more
