Irving Energy is the worst home heating oil company. Caused my tank to run out twice on auto delivery and caused my pipes to freeze and have water damage. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I recently switched to Irving for propane because they were cheaper, you get what you pay for. During the first delivery the driver left the bleed value open so we had a strong smell of propane and Irving had us call 911 which was a big hassle. Now we ran out of propane last night and Irving said they MIGHT be able to fill the tanks today. Stay away from Irving as a propane supplier.
I'm disappointed that Google wont allow me to give Irving zero stars. Our condo association has a commercial contract with Irving and every year they over-bill our owners - this year at almost the double contract. Why? After our association president reminded the rep for weeks that the contract was due to expire he still couldn't offer the contract on time, then pressed us to sign the day he found time to send the contract. This corporation is CLUELESS! 5 Years after dropping them, I get an email telling me there coming to clean my furnace in three days. This without contacting me to see if I'd even be there. Wait and see, they'll probably send me a bill for the missed appointment. Apparently they don't care that it makes them look like complete morons.
They did a hard credit pull on my account for no reason and when asked why they said since I missed a payment supposed to be on (automatic payments) they pull credit again
