I've had my RV for 27 days and one of the blinds already broke. It wont lock in place and rolls back up on its own. I take care of my stuff and they were not mishandled. The poor quality and craftsmanship render these blinds to just not be used. On top of that the customer service is poor. I called and spoke with some lady named Hope and I guess she was having a bad day. Irvine Shade and Door Slow Rise Blinds are crap! Poor quality and design. 4 have broke in my 2020 Grand Design. What a pain. Looks like I’ll be replacing springs as long as I own the RV.
