Worst tap water quality in every city I've lived in. I'm been struggling with extremely dry skin/eczema ever since moving to Irvine. Water is very hard (more than 10 grains) and there're unknown contaminants that irritates the respiratory system. DO NOT DRINK the water if you don't use an filter.
Intentionally make it impossible to pay them so you accrue late fees. Do not use Irvine Ranch Water district. What a joke.
the worst Company to deal with, all there employees are rude, they don't listen and they don't care I have $0 balance with them and they still cut my water service because i told the lady she was rude and she shouldn't work in customer service if there was an option to switch i would switch Now but unfortunately we don't have that option my bill went up 350% and they will not explain and they said if you don't pay will cut you off or move to another city
