Update* management did not try and resolve this several times as said and they changed the locks before the 10 day eviction was up which is completely illegal. Your manager Ana is going to cause a lawsuit for your business so I highly recommend you vet who you hire because we will be seeking a lawyer. We intended to hire a tenant eviction lawyer but have been too busy with school and work to pursue legal action against our apartment complex for evicting us out of spite. The manager seems to lack the ability to properly interpret a police report. When we moved in over a month ago, I called the police about someone yelling threats in the complex. This has been a crazy year for me personally. Since they have hired Ana, things have been moving along smoothly. She ensures that service requests are finished and follows up with the residents. I am glad for the new management and the prompt service from the staff here at Irvine Park.
