The office was clean, smelt good and had ambient music playing that made me feel less anxious about my appointment. The front office staff was sweet and they didn’t keep me in the waiting room long. Unfortunately I ended up needing an implant crown which really freaked me out. Thankfully Dr. Hsu took the time to explain the pros and cons of getting an implant and broke down the procedure in phases for me in a way that made me feel less overwhelmed about the procedure. I was looking for an oral surgeon with plenty experience with dental implants. Dr. Hsu explained the procedure and took my fear away. He also was able to save my temporary and reinstalled it. I will not know for 3 - 4 months what the final implant will look like, butt I am confident that I will be happy with the result.
