I highly recommend this location and specifically Dr.Nguyen, he explained everything clearly. I walked in worried and around him all my worries disappeared because I knew my daughter was in good hands. He is the best oral surgeon you could ever ask for.
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Nguyen. The service was delayed since the doctor seems to be with multiple people with the SAME appointment time slot?? And the issue I paid for was not resolved which leads to more complications. Ended up going to another practice.
I have been here a few times for family member's procedures. This place double booked people, so the waiting room area was always packed with a lot of patients standing around. And everything seems to be in a rush...from checking in, consult to procedures! I was scheduled with Nguyen and that day was such a mess! I can hear other patients' screams and one unhappy patient arguing with staffs in the front! In the end, I can tell Nguyen was trying to push me to do the procedure! No thank you!!! Don't fall for it people!
My husband had all his lower teeth removed and bone grafting done by Dr Hsu about 10 years ago. Had such a great experience. Excellent Dr. Excellent staff, so when it came time for a surgical removal of a skin growth under my tongue, Dr HSU was my first choice. Again everything from consultation surgery and follow up have been a 5 across the board once again. I am a very grateful patient
