The oral surgeon is nice, but the front office is the reason for -4 stars. This office refuses to do the necessary insurance paperwork for you to get your oral surgery. If your plan requires any action with your medical insurance before your dental insurance covers the procedure, the office is supposed to start a claim with the medical insurance company. This office refuses to do so and puts it all on the patient, saying that they "cannot start a claim because they're not contracted with medical providers". The thing is, you... read more
Not a fan of Doctor Jeffery... passive agressive and tends to lecture. Proceed at your own risk. That's all i can say.
The doctor is very nice and probably good at his job. But the service staff there has got to be some of the most rude and incompetent people I have ever encountered. Made me feel like I was a hassle anytime I called. Denied telling me things they told me (I am young and not forgetful). Billing statements make no sense and numbers dont even add correctly. Dont send CT scans when they say they will. Charge me twice for things when I asked for a refund? Yes its that bad. I am actual in shock and never leave reviews but its a ba... read more
Very professional and courteous staff. Had a crown extension from Dr. Hsu twice. Though surgery is never fun, they make you feel comfortable and at ease.
Had 3 wisdom teeth removed (lower bilateral + upper right) by Dr. Nguyen and couldn't be happier with the experience. The procedure itself was smooth and efficient I was in and out without any issues. The team walked me through the post-op protocol clearly, and recovery has gone exactly as expected.
