Jon Ho and his team are the bomb‼️ This past week, I was so frustrated with all the ‘new’ computerized functions of my 2022 BMW X3 that I wanted to sell it back to CARMAX..(not CARMAX’s fault). Jon was beyond kind and patient with a senior citizen such as me…. sat in the car with me to review and resolve my ‘dashboard’ issues as well as performed the routine service and replaced all four brakes within the timeframe he estimated. Take your sweet ride here with confidence!!!

I visited a dealer for a recall. They said that I also needed to replace a oil filter housing gasket and oil pan gasket. I felt their quote was too high so I contacted Jon at Irvine Motor Werk. He gave me a quote by phone and told me that oil pan gasket replacement is not needed at the moment. He took pictures of problematic areas and answered all of my questions in detail. His quote is very reasonable and his service was exceptional. I would recommend Jon to my family and friends.
