Very disappointed with how staff treated me this morning while waiting for my appointment in office. My paperwork had been updated I was told. I last minute secretary let me know paperwork need to be filled out. I completed it in a few minutes. Then I was told she would have to cancel and reschedule appointment. After I waiting 3 months for this appointment to be scheduled prior already. The staff was unapologetic and I left humiliated and obviously will not be returning to this office.
