I love my dentist ( Roger Yang) !!! I have been a patient of his for over 10 years! He is a very kind person . But not only that he is a very educated dentist. Who likes going to the dentist but with Dr. Yang … he makes it not to scary.

I'd like to express my dissatisfaction; I received a call on Monday confirming my 1:30 pm appointment today. Arriving around 1:20 pm, Lisa, possibly the doctor's wife, claimed I had no appointment without checking. I skipped the office Christmas party for this, but faced a last-minute cancellation. When I objected, she yelled about me owing money without evidence and even called the police during our argument, now awaiting their arrival. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. This was the second time for the dental cleaning, first time is one lady which was professional and careful. This time was Doctor Yang, I thought he should be a guru but not, he went to talk to another patient when he was cleaning my teeth for 5 minutes, and the assistant talked to me to promote her tennis coaching class. We are old customers of this clinic for six years. However, the newly replaced lady at the front desk was very rude. We had a follow-up appointment, but when we arrived at the appointed time, we were told that there was no appointment. We asked the front desk lady to check with the doctor. The lady said we were yelling and threatened us to call the police. I have never seen such a rude and neurotic front desk. The doctor's skills are good, but the front desk has ruined this clinic.
