Scam artists in a sense. Quote a price for services but when you come in try to add on the other services and dismiss the quote services listed. They also talked me out of a Tune Up that i needed and resulted in me having to pay $700 for repairs.
If I could, I would give no star for this shop. I went to that place to get an estimate, I made an appointment, checked in and wait for them to take all the pictures, after 2 weeks I never received anything from them so I called them they told me they do not have any record on the system. Very unorganized and they waste my time and they did not apologize for losing all my pictures and wasting my time. Please do not go to waste time.
