Great Shop – Found this place while price shopping for a smog test. Since then, we have taken 2 of our cars here with good results. This shop is competetively priced and honest. We'll not be going to the dealership anymore.

Dishonest to the Bone – I had a routine replacement. The manager quoted me one price and promised to complete the work in a day. Neither happened. Instead, the shop took several days, refused to provide shuttle service for a local pick-up ("sorry man, tough luck..."), and added 20% to the final bill because of vague "added labor." The shop left a wrench bouncing around under my car hood, my stereo faceplate loose, my gas tank empty, and a loose doorway panel.
