Likely the most worst attitude service people one can encountered. Also question their service knowledge- can’t even answer simple questions on tire pressure. Owner should really consider replacing these people to recoup their investment. What a joke…
I went to Irvine Acura to replace a defective inner tail light on my 2015 MDX and was lucky to work with Darrell Brannon. He was extremely respectful, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. He took care of my car quickly and made sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. Thank you, Darrell, for the great experience
