Irvine Acura delivers top-tier service. I brought my leased car in for maintenance 6 months after purchase and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Free coffee, water, soda, and snacks make the wait easy, and they washed and vacuumed my car spotless. Huge thanks to Darrel for the amazing help!
I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the parts department. Turnaround is usually a day for special order. Prices are cheaper than Norm Reeves Honda down the street and Honda/Acura often use the same part numbers. Yes, there if a credit card fee so stick to cash or debit.
WARNING! If you use a credit card to pay for your service, there will be a 3% surcharge! If it weren't for that, I would give 5 stars because the service team was wonderful and the work done on my ILX was great. However, charging me $50 because I didn't have the cash on hand to pay for the full service charge is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
Darrell went above and beyond in communication regarding my vehicle maintenance. Was able to arrange drop off and pick up from work place and ensured the vehicle was at spec to drive. Would come back to a great service advisor!
