I have been a patient for over 3.5 years. I like the staff. They are very friendly and pleasant. My only downfall is that their evening appointments and dental hygenist appointments fill up very fast.

I had been going to this dental office my entire adult life. I had to go one evening for a filling on one of my molars. When I showed up the dentist was playing solitare on his computer, which I don't necessarily have a problem with. He rushed through my procedure so much that I was spitting out silver filling material for ten minutes. When I came out of the room, there he was playing solitare again. I have gone to this dentist for about 2 years now. I had a crown done about a year ago, and it was a very unpleasant experience. After the root canal and a crown lengthening procedures (by an oral surgeon), he fitted me for a permanent crown. Without warning me about what he was actually going to do, he stuck a tray full of putty in my mouth and said "Bite down." But he didn't tell me how hard to bite. Very good dentist. Parking at his location is hard however. The hygenist did a thorough cleaning.

I returned to this dental office after a few years of going elsewhere. The practice has grown considerably and I found the office staff to be somewhat impersonal and not totally adept at the finer points of insurance claim submission. However, after a one-half hour average wait, the dentists I saw were knowledgeable and expert in their respective fields. It was worth the wait and the treatment from the impersonal staff.

This place is like a dental factory. The appointments are fast and efficient, but you get no personal touch. The dentist sees you for less than 3 minutes. The dental hygienists are impersonal. They seem to have forgotten you are human when they are flossing you with no regard to pain or blood. Their mission is to scold, not comfort or encourage.
