Great dental office. The office is busy but they took great care of me and my family. I like all the computers they are very efficient
I have been a patient at this office for over 8 years and have never had a bad experience. One time I did have a discrepancy on price and I wrote a note to Dr. Paul and got an immediate reply to my satisfaction. The receptionists are curteous and always seem to remember you even via phone.
I have been a patient at dr Pauls office for a long time and have always gotten exceptional care there until today. And I did not see dr paul I saw a dr muck? If he even was a doctor. He was incredibly rude and did not answer any of my questions instead treated me like I was an idiot. Iwent in with a concern of my front tooth being a tad bit loose. They are very nice, efficient, and greet you when you enter the office! Will work with you as far as payment; I have a bit of a phobia, and they were extremely caring & understanding! I am continuing my treatment there, even after a hiatus, due to some life events. I would & have recommend Dr. Paul to everyone! The parking is a bit tough.
Dr. Paul makes you wait, and has no bedside manner. Makes you wait while he talks to his relatives on the phone. Dr, Jayson doesn't know what he is doing. don't trust anything he tells you. I have to go here because other dentists don't accept my insurance.
Terrible crown put on--it shattered after only 2.5 years, Dr. Paul examined the remains of it, told me he had made it incorrectly, then said he'd charge me full price again if I wanted another one. Now I am paying another small fortune to have one made again by a different dentist. Go here only if you have lots of time on your hands for visiting the dentist and dental insurance that will pay for the same procedure over and over again.
