I had the opportunity to experience the excellent service from James a technician there at IRV. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and marticulous. I have had three other technician to come out and could not solve the problem. But James came in, and in less than 30 minutes knew what was wrong. He was also very particular about taking of care of the property around the items. I highly recommend James for any electrical problems you may have. You will be well pleased.
Company is a complete sham. First off terrible customer service. They canceled the appointment time twice and offered little to no consideration. They charge $125 service fee just to come out. The guy didnt even bother trying to fix the issue. Just quoted an absurd amount of money to replace. I just needed to replace a gas insert in my fireplace. He tried to quote me $1,700 for the insert and $1,100 for labor. I found a replacement on Amazon for $170 and paid a local plumber $100 to replace. My cost $270. They quoted me $2,8... read more
Home Serve overpaid for Concrete work and several changes to the original estimate. No concrete work was done for $ ******* , but Home Serve Paid them. Work distance was only 1:2 of original because they came in the front of my house instead of the back which was twice the distance as the front. Cost $ ******** I never saw the tracer line and I was there the whole time. Had to pay $ 425. Before they would start for upgrades. Unfortunately, this business abused my trust. *** repeatedly ran my debit card 18 times in a 2 minute cycle which locked up my account. The company overcharged me for work that has taken months to complete. While I was on the telephone with my credit union attending to the mess of my checking account caused by *** charging my debit card repeatedly, the credit union representative let me know that additional charges were showing up from *** plumbing. This business is horrible. My water heater was not getting hot and the service Technician came out and inform us that we needed a new water heater. He did not thoroughly check he looked at the heater and came to the conclusion. Keep in mind our water heater was checked at the beginning of the year and it was fine.
