Very thorough. Appreciated the call back on blood test results. Friendly. Doesn’t talk down to patients.
I think Irum and her staff are very caring about their patients. Also, they greatly communicate and follow up with them as I treated this way.
Irum, her nurse and the front desk staff were all amazing and kind. I am so happy to have found Irum. I really feel like all of my questions are listened to and answered, I feel like I am in great hands and she really went above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. She looked at my history and really questioned things I had not realized were important. I am very happy and thankful.
As my first time going to meet her she listened to me she asked me lots of questions and I felt very comfortable.
