Everyone was randomly selected to prove they are who they are… Holding refunds, prolonging refunds, sending letters that take 15 BUSINESS days to be received, creating hardships, requiring people to call a number that never answers the phone forcing to schedule appointments that take a significant amount of time to even get. Would give 0 starts but it won’t let me. I’ve never been so angry talking to a robot. It doesn’t understand a single thing you need and you can’t even talk to an actual person without it understanding your question. If it doesn’t understand your question, like MINE, then you will be stuck for 8 minutes arguing with a robot that can’t even assist you, and can never get through to an ACTUAL person.
