I have ordered from here online but never visited. They ship very fast.
As I was in Portland, stopped by their office and they kindly allowed me to look at a Raintower Sprinkler 6 ft Tripod Stand - 1/2" Brass Sprinkler, Part/Full Circle - adjustable to 41" or 72", which I liked and purchased. It works great and is very sturdy and easy to move around, but completely stable while operating. Affordable irrigation solutions, knowledgeable customer service, and deliveries are always much faster than expected.
The company received our return order via UPS on December 30. Eighteen days later and we STILL have not been refunded the several hundred dollars they owe us. I have e-mailed and called several times and each time it's a new excuse along with "we should process that tomorrow." Don't ever buy from these people. What a terrible way to run a company. I would never recommend them.
LOOK AT THE THICKNESS IN TE PICTURE! After 2 years of dealing with Irrigation King I am saddened to make this edit. In the picture you will see the 1/2 inch Toro Blue Stripe tubing I had purchased from Irrigation King over the past 2 years. The tubing that is obviously thinner walled is the latest purchase of the same tubing from them. The kinked up tubing you see the the background is from the same roll of thinner tubing that was unusable to the tune of 250 feet out of 1,000 feet of tubing.
