I had a great experience with Irrigation Unlimited. They installed a very complex configuration for my front and back yard lawn and garden area. **** provided a professional, fair quote and he and his team delivered a perfect experience. The sprinklers and control box are highest quality and controlled the water spray to cover only the lawn and garden area and not the surrounding buildings, car area, and walkways. Unfortunate Result We chose **** based upon his online reviews, prompt communication, level of presented knowledge and confidence in his trade. What we did not expect, was the frustration **** presented in the technical difficulties of the job. Bottom line is that a five day job was turned into a seven day job, they were not charged for the extra days due to the point of connection. We added a free drip zone as a kind gesture. Due to a possibility defective fitting I had offered a warranty that would give them piece of mind, after replacing that fitting with one from my normal supplier, the warranty reverted back to standard.
