I didnt mind the price because they will get you if ur late on some needed services. I think the guy's communication skills are horrible. He just seems like a mad man and I almost lost my cools with him. I know he is older and i know the job can be hectic during the cold weather but you got to be polite. I mean we are in the 21st century and customer service and advertisements are so important. I would advise getting an answering service for the business to avoid some of these unpleasant interractions. The job was done to be... read more

Hello, I got my sprinklers winterized as I’ve been doing the last 3 years living at my home. The owners previously had left information from this company as they’ve done their sprinkler repairs. The employees are nice however I was overcharged with no discussion. The last 3 years I was paying $70 for 9 zones. The owners previously were getting charged $70-$75 depending on type of payment. This year I was charged $95 even with turning off my own water and allowing access to my garage for the sprinkler box. I provided my last ... read more
