David arrived early for his appointment, after calling me and asking if an early arrival would be okay. He is an excellent communicator and fully explained his trouble shooting process, and walked me through each step of the repairs, even inviting me to watch while the repairs were performed. I believe Todd was my service person I just want say he was very professional and knowledgeable about my irrigation system. Explained my problem and corrected it also added new drip lines I must say I was very impressed with IRS’s response. Same day service. Outstanding and very reasonable for cost. Highly recommend them to all.
