Rob and Jimmy are great. Responded quickly to a valve problem I had been trying to fix on my own for weeks. They took care of it on a weekend at a reasonable price.
Unprofessional, horrible service and doesn't honor his so called warranty. Stay away from Rob!
I hired this company to install a new sprinkler system in June 2020. They gave me a 5 year service warranty for for lawn sprinkler installed with a preventive maintenance plan and 5 year parts warranty, including city permitting and inspection and thirty party back flow testing. I started having problems with the system since the beginning and at first they were responding promptly , but at some point the owner stopped responding my text messages, or making excuses for not showing up when we agreed.
