Sold their customers list to River City Landscape. I had paid ahead of time for this years start up and fall blow out. When they did the fall blow out they broke the master valve taking out the drain plug. Was suppose to be fixed this spring at start up. Called River City Land Scape to schedule start up which I had already paid for and was told I would have to pay for part and labor to have valve fixed. WTF

please stop sending me letters! if I need your service I will call you!I would have rather emailed this to you but I don't see an email on your letter. I tried calling but there was no voicemail option.
When they do show up for service, the guys are courteous and professional and get the job done. However, the customer service via phone is horrible. For years now, if I have an issue, I am rarely able to reach anyone at the office and my voicemail messages are not returned. At least a courtesy call to say they received my message and give me a status report would be appreciated and good business practice. I'm getting more and more impatient and would not recommend them at this point in time.
