Not sure what happened with irrigation doctor. We have ised them without incident the past dew years. Last week their technician couldnt finish the job and couldnt tell me what was wring. He apoke to someone on the phone for help. Then he became very quiet and gave me my check back and said someone would come out and finish the job, it never happened and i called Georgia and she said she would call back but hasnt. I called many other times and i am now being ghosted. Stay away from this company, very shady and unprofessional... read more
Horrible service. Employee was on speaker phone with girlfriend the entire time he completed my services and was very distracted and left my test valves closed after winter blow out. Now my system is broken and leaking costing me several hundred dollars. The call center said it doesn't sound like the issue is from their bad winterizarion. They do not take accountability for their bad work or offer to repair what they have damaged. Don't use them.
Great service and dependable when it comes to making the appointment
Used this company several times in the past. Very pleased. Helpful and friendly people, that went out of their way to explain my sprinkler system. Highly recommend them.
bad experience. I have been with irrigation dr. for many years. This time was the last. The technician damaged my wiring causing the first zone in my sprinkling system to not work. I had just run the system for my final watering before the tech arrived to blow out my system. I warned him of the exposed wires. He tried to makeshift adaptor but to no avail.
