Custom home builder Craig Mader of Compass Homes MN chose Irrigation Doctors for my fall installation and they also did the start up this spring. We had a great experience with Irrigation Doctor! Responded quickly to our service request and sent a knowledgeable staff member out to meet with us. Went the extra mile to get our issue solved and our system running smoothly. The work area was left neat and tidy; unless you know exactly where to look, you can't even tell the ground had to be dug up near the repair sites.
I’d give ZERO stars if I could. Person came out for spring service. I paid with a check because I didn’t want to pay their additional card processing fee. They LOST my check and had the nerve to come back and ask me to write another but I said they’d have to pay for the stop payment for the missing check. Person just left (to which I assumed that they would go look for the check) and now I find out that I’m past due. They are the irrigation vendor for Hennepin Village HOA. Tech came to fix irrigation, but shut off irrigation instead. Has not returned & grass is completely burned out after 2 months of not being watered at all. Cannot recommend.
