I’d give ZERO stars if I could. Person came out for spring service. I paid with a check because I didn’t want to pay their additional card processing fee. They LOST my check and had the nerve to come back and ask me to write another but I said they’d have to pay for the stop payment for the missing check. Person just left (to which I assumed that they would go look for the check) and now I find out that I’m past due. They are the irrigation vendor for Hennepin Village HOA. Tech came to fix irrigation, but shut off irrigation instead. Has not returned & grass is completely burned out after 2 months of not being watered at all. Cannot recommend.

They installed my sprinkler system. $165 to come back in summer to start up and "readjust". The tech was at my home for 10 mins. Didn't adjust anything. System was watering the street and neighbors grass. I contacted them and was told they would send me a video on how to adjust heads. Basically $165 to turn the water on. Rip off! They stopped responding to my emails. Very unprofessional. Use someone else
