Had the igniter for my carrier furnace in my hand with the part number on it. Told them I wanted an OEM part and they kept trying to push a universal part to me. I’m not in the plumbing, heating or cooling trade, but I Am an electrical contractor who has spent thousands of dollars in their Binghamton location. Place was recommended by my plumber to get my water tested. Nobody knows anything about water testing aside from ONE PERSON who only works 3 days a week. Heaven forbid you have a question about what type of test you’d need, there are more than 3, because you’ll just get a list of all the different types of tests.
Great place! Good people and a pretty good inventory.
