My two-year-old Williamson boiler cracked on Dec 1st. It was still under warranty. I contacted the boiler company and they found my warranty claim. Williamson thermoflo, the boiler company, said the distributor (Irr) did not put in an emergency order, and just put in a normal order for the replacement. I went to a chain retail store for piping issues and they tried to help but it wasn't what I needed. I came to this supply store, 30 minutes before they closed, and they took the time and got me the items and tools I would need to fix my outdated piping and were willing to help find an easy solution and easy instructions on how to do it. I will come back to them for any other plumbing issues I have in the future.
